Each of an N1 number of protruding portions Pi is placed in a deviation angle range [θ1(2i-1), θ1(2i)] in a first cylindrical coordinate system in which a central axis of a base portion 12 of a first member 10 serves as a z-axis. Each of an N2 number of recessed portions Qj is placed in a deviation angle range [θ2(2j-1), θ2(2j)] in a second cylindrical coordinate system in which a central axis of an opening portion 22 of a second member 20 serves as a z-axis. In the course of relatively rotating the first cylindrical coordinate system and the second cylindrical coordinate system, in a state of the z-axes thereof made to coincide, for an arbitrary k = 1, 2, .. N2, a state S- (k+1) is implemented by the time a state S- (k), in which θ1(2i(k)-1) = θ2(2j(k)-1) and θ1(2i(k)) < θ2(2j(k)), transitions to a state S+ (k), in which θ2(2j(k)-1) < θ1(2i(k)-1) and θ1(2i(k)) = θ2(2j(k)). Here, i (k) = σ1({(k - 1) mod N1}+1) (σ1: bijection of sequence {1, 2, .. N1}, and j(k) = σ2({(k-1) mod N2}+1) (σ2 : bijection of sequence {1, 2, .. N2}).
