[Object] To provide a falling-over detection device that can prevent malfunction even in a case where noise caused by a disturbance factor affects detection of inclination of a vehicle.[Solution] A falling-over detection device 1 is mounted on a motorcycle M. The falling-over detection device 1 includes an acceleration sensor 2 that detects acceleration at an interval decided by an interval adjusting device 3, a threshold value determining device 4 that determines whether or not a detected angle is larger than a predetermined threshold value, a counting device 5 that counts the number of times it is determined that the detected angle is larger than the threshold value, and a falling-over determining device 6 that determines that the motorcycle M has fallen over in a case where the count is successive a predetermined number of times. The interval adjusting device 3 uses a pulse generated based on white noise as an interval, and therefore noise does not successively affect a value detected by the acceleration sensor 2.
