A system and method of streaming data wirelessly at a high bit rate and a high bandwidth to data consuming devices in vehicles moving along a roadway uses a series of host 5G cells (or other high speed data transceivers). The host 5G cells are located within lighting enclosures mounted atop lampposts located along the roadway. Communication modules within the respective lighting enclosures are connected to the internet such as via a wired high speed communication medium like fiber optic cable and provide high bit rate high bandwidth internet access to the host 5G cells mounted in the lighting enclosures.
