To provide a seat structure for a saddle riding vehicle, capable of adjusting a seat cushion temperature. A seat structure for a saddle riding vehicle that includes a pair of main frames and a rider's seat includes: a mesh seat 17 as the rider's seat and a pipe 80 that opens anteriorly with respect to the mesh seat 17 and extends toward the mesh seat 17. The mesh seat 17 includes a seat bottom plate 65 that has at least one opening. The pipe 80 extends so as to overlap at least one of the main frames toward the at least one opening in the seat bottom plate 65.
