The invention relates to a measuring assembly for monitoring the bunkering of a large ship with a liquid product (1) comprising at least two parallel pipe lines (4, 5) arranged in the course of a bunker line (3) leading into a bunker tank (2) of the ship. In each of the pipe lines (4, 5), a Coriolis mass flowmeter (41, 51), a pressure gauge (42, 52), and a control valve (43, 53) having an actuating drive (44, 54) and a position controller (45, 55) are arranged one after the other in the flow direction. The mass flow rate and relevant measurement variables of the liquid product (1) derived from the mass flow rate are determined from the measured values provided by the Coriolis mass flowmeters (41, 51). During the bunkering, the control valves (43, 53) are individually set in accordance with the measured values provided by the Coriolis mass flowmeters (41, 51) and by the pressure gauges (42, 52) in such a way that the measured flow rate is greater than zero and less than a specified flow rate threshold value in only one of the parallel pipe lines (4, 5) and either is zero or reaches the flow rate threshold value in the other pipe lines (4, 5) and that the measured pressure does not fall below a specified pressure threshold value.
