Provided is a flying vehicle navigation system (1), comprising a flying vehicle (2) and a control system (4) which controls the flight of the flying vehicle (2). The flying vehicle (2) is configured to be capable of switching to automatic driving when the flying vehicle (2) is located in a first takeoff and landing section (22) which is set upon the ground. After the flying vehicle (2) has been switched to automatic driving, the control system guides the flying vehicle (2) such that the flying vehicle (2) takes off in the first takeoff and landing section (22), flies along a three-dimensional roadway (23) which is a dedicated roadway which is set upon a specific region of sky, and lands in a second takeoff and landing section (22) which is set upon the ground. After the flying vehicle (2) has been switched to automatic driving, the operation from the takeoff from the first takeoff and landing section (22) to the landing at the second takeoff and landing section (22) is carried out automatically under a control which is performed by the control system (4).
