The actuator unit (30) is rotatably supported by the rotation support mechanism (50) about an axis (L 1 ). The first inner load cell (41) is arranged on the first seat adapter (27) coaxially with the rotation support mechanism (50), and detects an axial force acting on the lower spring seat (10A) and a moment. The second inner load cell (42) is arranged under the second seat adapter (28) coaxially with the rotation support mechanism (50), and detects an axial force acting on the upper spring seat (15A) and a moment.
