A vehicle door (1) comprising at least one door lining (11) and an external panel (101) attached to said lining (11), the lining (11) comprising a cut-out (13) that extends over most of the length and height of said lining (11) in the inner door shell, such that said part of the lining (11) located in the inner door shell is substantially reduced to a frame, a stiffening structure (2) of said door (1) attached in the area of the inner door shell and comprising at least three attachment points (21, 22, 23), characterised in that the door (1) further comprises at least one reinforcement (14) positioned along the top edge of the inner door shell, and one of the three attachment points of the stiffening structure (2) is a top attachment point (21) attached to said reinforcement.
