A front structure for a saddle-riding vehicle includes a meter unit (26), a meter covering (28) for covering at least an area forwardly of the meter unit (26), and a windshield (24) disposed forwardly of the meter covering (28). When viewed from lateral side, the windshield (24) is disposed having been rearwardly upwardly tilted. The windshield (24) has a rear surface (30) is of a curved shape in which a region from its opposite side end portions (30a, 30a) to an intermediate portion (30b) is bulged forwardly. The meter covering (28) has a front wall (36) so shaped as to have a forwardly protruding shape effective to divert sunlight (L), coming from rear and subsequently reflected from the windshield (24), away from the focal point (F) of the reflected sunlight (R).
