The first leg and a second leg of the first magnetic pair of legs are disposed within the rotor, and a first angular distance between the first leg and the second leg decreases from the outer wall to the inner wall. A second magnetic pair of legs corresponding to a second pole that differs from the first pole, a third leg and a fourth leg of the second magnetic pair of legs being disposed within the rotor to extend radially inward from the outer wall toward the inner wall, a second angular distance between the third leg and the fourth leg decreases from the outer wall to the inner wall.
