A unit controller controls a hydraulic pressure control unit such that a sum of an actual front wheel brake force actually exerted on a front wheel and an actual rear wheel brake force actually exerted on a rear wheel is the target brake force, and the unit controller controls the hydraulic pressure control unit such that a ratio between the actual front wheel brake force and the actual rear wheel brake force is the target brake ratio.
