A switch-operation-determining device (100) provided with a determination circuit (104) for determining whether a switch (102) has been operated, wherein the determination circuit (104) is provided with: a first resistor (R1), a first diode (D1), and a second diode (D2) serially connected in the stated order from the power-source (106) toward a ground (GND); and a control unit (112) for comparing the anode potential (Va) of the first diode (D1) and a threshold potential (Vt), and determining that the switch (102) has been operated when the anode potential (Va) of the first diode (D1) is lower. Of the first diode (D1) and the second diode (D2), it is the second diode (D2) that is connected in parallel with the switch (102).
