A suspension mount 10 comprises an inner plate 11, an elastomer member 12, a lower case 13, and an upper plate 14. A plate 11 comprises an extended portion 11b extending from the circular-cylinder portion 11a. An incline portion 11c is integrally formed on the extended portion 11b and clamped by the elastomer member 12. The elastomer member 12 clamps the incline portion 11c of the extended portion 11b from the outer periphery side. Thereby, when the plate 14 is fixed in a status that the plate 11 and the elastomer member 12 are contained in the case 13, the input in the axial direction of the mount 10 will be decomposed into a compressive load in an axial direction and a compressive load in an axially-perpendicular direction by the incline portion 11c. Therefore, the elastomer member 12 is held in a status that it is precompressed in the axial direction and the axially-perpendicular direction.
