To provide a charging port lid structure whereby a release lever of a port cap can be prevented from being exposed to water even when water has flowed into a port housing. A guide plate (69) is provided for receiving water that has flowed into a port housing (61) from the periphery of a port lid (63) for covering a forward opening part (61c) of the port housing (61) so as to be capable of opening and closing, the port housing (61) for surrounding a charging port (62) having an end connection (62d) to which a charging connector for supplying electric power from an outside power source is connected, and guiding the water away from where a release lever (62g) is provided for opening a port cap (62e) for covering the end connection (62d) of the charging port (62) so as to be capable of opening and closing, the guide plate (69) being provided above the charging port (62).
