The invention provides a control unit including: a base body (10); a control circuit board (20) that controls electric parts; and a housing (30) that is attached to one surface (10a) of the base body (10). The housing (30) includes an accommodating portion (32) which accommodates the control circuit board (20) thereinside and a flange (33). The flange (33) includes an attaching hole (35) penetrating therethrough. A part of the accommodating portion (32) is positioned on an extension of a center axis of the attaching hole (35). An attaching pin (11) projects from the one surface (10a) of the base body (10) is inserted into the attaching hole (35) on assembly of the control unit. An attaching portion (11a) is formed on the attaching pin (11) so as to be positioned between the flange (33) and the accommodating portion (32). An elastic member (60) is attached to the attaching portion (11a) of the attaching pin (11) so as to bias the flange (33) toward the one surface (10a) of the base body (10).
