A probe information management device, includes: a probe condition specification unit 211 that generates a condition input screen for a first user to designate, using an input device 230, specification conditions including a first area, a stopover location, a second area, and a date and time, and that outputs the condition input screen to an output device 240; and a probe information acquisition unit 212 that, based on the specification conditions, acquires specified probe information corresponding to a moving history of a vehicle that has passed through, in order, a ground point within the first area, the stopover location, and a ground point within the second area, wherein: the first area and the second area are both specified by drawing input, using the input device 230; and when outputting the specified probe information to the output device 240, the probe condition specification unit 211 outputs the first area and the second area to the output device 240 as drawings.
