The distance between the center of the vehicle and an anti-node (AM1) of the vehicle self-resonant coil (110) that is the area of the anti-node of AC current flowing through the vehicle self-resonant coil (110) when electromagnetic field resonant coupling is established between the vehicle self-resonant coil (110) and the facility self-resonant coil (240) is shorter than the distance between the winding center (02) and the center of the vehicle.
