A heat sink 4 is arranged between a radiator 6 and a circulating pump 7. A first path length A that is a path length between the radiator 6 along a cooling pipe 5 on a side not including the circulating pump 7 and the heat sink 4 and a second path length B that is a path length between the circulating pump 7 along the cooling pipe 5 on a side not including the radiator 6 and the heat sink 4 are set to be shorter than a third path length C that is a path length between the radiator 6 along the cooling pipe 5 on a side not including the heat sink 4 and the circulating pump 7. A metal spiral 20 that is a metal material having a high conductivity is spirally wound around the cooling pipe 5 (5a, 5b, and 5c) so as to contact an outer circumferential surface of the cooling pipe 5.
