The abutment (10) has a stack comprising a pair of main layers (20, 30), where one of the layers presents thickness (e1) in a lead-lag plane (PTRA). The thickness varies between a minimum thickness (e1min) on pitch-variation axis (AXPAS) and a maximum thickness (e1max) on a flapping axis (AXBAT). The other layer presents, in the lead-lag plane, another thickness (e2) that varies between another minimum thickness (e2min) on the flapping axis and another maximum thickness (e2max) on the pitch-variation axis. The thicknesses are constant in a flapping plane and a pitch-angle variation plane.
