The invention discloses a vertical installation method of a horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump suitable for water injection of an offshore platform. The method comprises the steps that firstly, preformed holes are formed in an upper-layer deck and a middle-layer deck respectively; the preformed holes in the upper-layer deck and the middle-layer deck are ensured to be coaxial; secondly, a first supporting base is arranged and installed on the periphery of a preformed hole of an upper-layer deck; a second supporting seat is installed at the position, right opposite to the preformed hole, of the lower deck; and thirdly, the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is vertically and downwards inserted into the preformed holes of the upper-layer deck and the middle-layer deck, the lower end face of a motor of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump abuts against the upper end of the first supporting base, and the lower end face of a pump body of the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump abuts against the upper end of the second supporting base. The horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump has the beneficial effects that the horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is installed on the offshore platform in a vertical mode, the occupied area is saved, and the platform construction cost is reduced.
本发明公开了一种适用于海上平台注水的水平多级离心泵立式安装方法。方法包括:步骤一、在上层甲板和中层甲板上分别设置预留孔;并确保上层甲板和中层甲板上的预留孔同轴;步骤二、设置第一支撑座安装在上层甲板的预留孔外周;设置第二支撑座安装在下层甲板正对预留孔的位置;步骤三、将水平多级离心泵竖直向下插入上层甲板和中层甲板的预留孔中,使水平多级离心泵的电机下端面与第一支撑座上端抵接,水平多级离心泵的泵体下端面与第二支撑座上端抵接。本发明的有益效果是:将水平多级离心泵以立式的形式安装在海上平台上,节约了占地面积,降低了平台建造成本。
