The invention provides a highway emergency response method and system based on a management and control unit, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining an event logic knowledge network of a highway emergency event and driving event data in a monitoring flow of the management and control unit; knowledge vector data of each management and control unit driving event over a plurality of emergency response phases with a logical sequential order can be systematically analyzed and processed. By fusing the initial knowledge vector data and the prior transmission knowledge vector data of each emergency response stage, more accurate and comprehensive transmission knowledge vector data is generated, and then a response scheme corresponding to each emergency response stage is determined. The method not only improves the accuracy and efficiency of emergency response, but also optimizes the distribution and scheduling of emergency resources by determining the priority information of the driving events of the candidate management and control units. And finally, according to the priority information of the driving events of each management and control unit, a disposal event corresponding to the highway emergency event can be rapidly and accurately determined.

    本发明提供一种基于管控单元的高速公路应急响应方法及系统,通过获取高速公路应急事件的事件逻辑知识网络和管控单元监控流中的行驶事件数据,能够系统地分析并处理每个管控单元行驶事件在多个具有逻辑时序次序的应急响应阶段上的知识向量数据。通过融合各应急响应阶段的初始知识向量数据和在先传递知识向量数据,生成了更为准确和全面的传递知识向量数据,进而确定了各应急响应阶段对应的响应方案。此方法不仅提高了应急响应的精准度和效率,还通过确定候选管控单元行驶事件的优先级信息,优化了应急资源的分配和调度。最终,依据各管控单元行驶事件的优先级信息,能够迅速且准确地确定与高速公路应急事件对应的处置事件。
