The invention relates to a lifting method of a telegraph pole crane. The adopted crane comprises a cart running track, a bridge frame, a lifting trolley, a lifting beam, a stand column, a connecting base, a suction cup device, a vacuum pump and an air valve. The hoisting method comprises the following hoisting steps: 1) moving the bridge frame and the lifting trolley on the bridge frame to enable the hoisting beam to be positioned above the telegraph pole; (2) the lifting trolley drives the hanging beam to descend, and a suction cup device at the bottom of the hanging beam abuts against the telegraph pole; (3) the suction cup devices rotate, so that all the suction cup devices are tightly attached to the telegraph pole; (4) air in the hanging beam is pumped out through the vacuum pump, and negative pressure is generated in the hanging beam; meanwhile, an air valve is opened to pump away air in the suction cup device, so that the suction cup device firmly adsorbs the telegraph pole; and (5) the lifting trolley and the movable bridge frame are linked, and the telegraph pole is conveyed to the needed position. The lifting method of the telegraph pole crane has the advantages of being adjustable in sucker angle, stable in performance, safe, reliable, low in lifting cost and the like.

    本发明涉及一种电线杆起重机的起吊方法,其采用的起重机包括大车运行轨道、桥架、升降小车、吊梁、立柱、连接基座、吸盘装置、真空泵以及气阀;起吊步骤如下:1),移动桥架以及桥架上的升降小车,使吊梁位于电线杆上方;2),升降小车驱动吊梁下降,使吊梁底部的吸盘装置抵接于电线杆上;3),吸盘装置转动,使各个吸盘装置均紧密贴合在电线杆上;4),真空泵将吊梁内的空气抽出,使吊梁内产生负压;同时,打开气阀将吸盘装置内的空气抽走,使吸盘装置牢牢吸附电线杆;5),升降小车和移动桥架联动,将电线杆输送至所需位置。本发明的电线杆起重机的起吊方法具有吸盘角度可调,性能稳定,安全可靠,且起吊成本低等诸多优点。
