The lifting mechanism is arranged in the box body and can control the hoisting unit to move up and down. And through the clamping effect of the hoisting unit, the PC component can be kept stable in the moving process.

    本发明涉及物料输送领域,尤其是涉及一种PC构件三维激光扫描非接触质量智能检测装置及方法,以缓解PC构件在检测过程中吊绳吊装稳定性差需要人工辅助的问题。本装置包括龙门桁架、升降机构和吊装单元;龙门桁架的顶部设置有两根光轴;两根光轴平行设置,并通过滑动架与盒体侧壁滑动连接;两根光轴之间还平行设置有第一螺纹杆;第一螺纹杆与滑动架螺纹连接;第一螺纹杆的一端与龙门桁架上的驱动电机转动连接;在驱动电机的控制下,盒体能够沿光轴滑移;吊装单元设置于升降机构的下部,能够对PC构件夹持限定;升降机构设置与盒体内,能够控制吊装单元上下移动。通过吊装单元的夹持作用使得PC构件能够在移动的过程中保持稳定。
