The first transmission part is in transmission connection with the second transmission part; a walking mechanism is installed on the peripheral side of the lower end of the rotating platform and can drive the whole omni-directional moving load-carrying platform to move. The steering device has the advantages that steering is convenient, manual assistance is not needed, and wheel sets and the ground are prevented from being abraded.
