The invention relates to a method, a device, equipment, a vehicle and a medium for adjusting power of a fuel cell system. The method includes determining a first average power consumption of the vehicle for a first time window and a second average power consumption of the vehicle for a second time window, the first time window being greater than the second time window. The method also includes determining a first weight for the first average power consumption and a second weight for the second average power consumption. The method further includes determining a predicted average power consumption based on the first average power consumption, the first weight, the second average power consumption, and the second weight. Further, the method includes adjusting a power of a fuel cell system of the vehicle based on the predicted average power consumption. In this way, the performance and efficiency of the fuel cell system can be improved, and resources consumed by the fuel cell system can also be saved.
