A carrier plate is pulled by a cable to slide on a guide rail and lift a window glass, and is provided with: a cable end housing part for housing an end part of the cable; and a receiving groove for receiving a cable extending from the cable end receiving portion toward the outside of the carrier plate, the carrier plate having a structure in which a protrusion contacting the cable is formed only on one of two opposing side walls of the receiving groove. With such a structure, it is possible to provide a carrier plate and a window regulator that suppress vibration of the cable and facilitate sliding of the cable in a balanced manner.

    一种载板是被线缆牵引而在导轨上滑动并使窗玻璃升降的载板,具备:线缆端收容部,收容线缆的端部;及收容槽,收容从线缆端收容部朝向载板的外部延伸的线缆,载板是仅在收容槽的相对的两个侧壁中的一个侧壁形成有与线缆接触的凸部的构造。通过这样的构造,能够提供均衡地实现线缆的振动的抑制和线缆的滑动的容易度的载板以及车窗调节器。
