According to the auxiliary rib plate positioning device, a main body structure is two pieces of angle steel which are symmetrical back to back, the two pieces of angle steel are fixedly connected through a connecting plate, and a gap between the two pieces of angle steel is used for containing a longitudinal partition plate; grooves are formed in the angle steel and are used for inserting the transverse partition plates; clamping pieces are arranged at the positions, away from the grooves, of the angle steel and used for achieving tool locking after the partition plates are inserted. When the tool is used for positioning the rib plates, the positioning time of each rib plate can be shortened by about 20 minutes, meanwhile, the saved crane can be used for hoisting other materials, and a good effect improving effect is achieved for production of the whole project. In addition, when the tool is used for positioning the rib plate, welding, supporting and fixing are not needed, and therefore the labor cost of welding, polishing and the like caused by supporting mounting and dismounting is reduced.
本发明提出了一种辅助肋板定位装置,主体结构为两个背向对称的角钢,两个角钢通过连接板固定连接,两个角钢的间隙用于放置纵向隔板;角钢上开设有槽,槽用于插入横向隔板;角钢上避开槽的位置设有卡紧件,用于隔板插入后实现工装锁定。采用此工装定位肋板时,每件肋板定位时间可以缩短20分钟左右,同时节省的吊车可以用于吊装其它材料,对整个项目的生产有很好的提效作用。另外,使用此工装定位肋板时可以不用焊接支撑固定,这样又减少的安装和拆除支撑产生焊接和打磨等人工成本。
