本发明提供一种高压铁塔攀爬机器人夹持操作机构,包括:上夹板、下夹板,所述上夹板、下夹板之间设有调整驱动装置,所述调整驱动装置一侧的上夹板、下夹板之间设有调整导向装置,所述上夹板上设有视觉相机,所述下夹板上设有螺栓套筒,所述螺栓套筒滑动安装在下夹板上,所述螺栓套筒上端通过传动轴连接于旋钮电机的输出端上,所述旋钮电机的壳体安装在上夹板上,旋钮电机带动夹持工具和螺栓套筒同步转动。本发明代替目前人工攀爬的方式检测螺栓松紧程度,提高工作效率,采用视觉相机对夹持机构和螺栓旋拧机构进行定位检测,实现自动化和可靠性,旋拧机构的驱动电机可以反馈电机扭矩信号,自动检测螺栓的松紧程度。
