The invention belongs to the field of expressway toll collection, and particularly relates to a method for screening and shielding passing medium toll evasion vehicles based on expressway toll collection data, which comprises the following steps of: S1, collecting portal data including passing time, places, vehicle types, OBU equipment state information and transaction records of vehicles; repeated, abnormal or missing data are removed, and the integrity and accuracy of the data are ensured; s2, key features are extracted, wherein the key features comprise vehicle passing paths, portal transaction records and OBU equipment state changes; selecting key features capable of reflecting the fee evasion behavior of the shielding medium according to the characteristics of the fee evasion behavior; s3, an algorithm is selected, the algorithm comprises a classification algorithm or a deep learning algorithm in machine learning, historical data of known fee evasion behaviors are used as a training set, portal data are analyzed, shielding medium fee evasion vehicles are screened out, time is greatly saved, and working efficiency is improved.
