The invention discloses a static deflection calculation method, electronic equipment and a computer readable storage medium. The static deflection calculation method comprises the steps that the mass equivalent total bending moment of a cargo carrying table is obtained; the anti-bending section inertia moment of the stand column in the walking direction of the cargo carrying table is obtained; acquiring the height of the upright post, the elasticity modulus of the upright post, a first distance from the top end of the upright post to a forward wheel at the upper part of the cargo platform and the tread of the forward wheel of the cargo platform along the walking direction; based on the equivalent total bending moment, the anti-bending section inertia moment, the height, the elastic modulus, the first distance and the wheel track, the static deflection of the stand column is obtained. By means of the mode, parameters such as the mass equivalent total bending moment, the neutral plane of the stand column and the geometric position and structure of the cargo carrying table are determined, and then the static deflection of the stand column is subjected to structural parameterization analysis and calculation through the deflection curve equation, so that a rapid and effective calculation scheme is provided for the static deflection of the stand column; and the workload of measuring the deflection of the stand column is also saved.

    本申请公开了一种静态挠度计算方法、电子设备及计算机可读存储介质。该静态挠度计算方法包括:获取载货台的质量等效总弯矩;获取立柱沿载货台的行走方向的抗弯截面惯性矩;获取立柱的高度、立柱的弹性模量、立柱顶端到载货台上部正轮的第一距离及载货台正轮沿行走方向的轮距;基于等效总弯矩、抗弯截面惯性矩、高度、弹性模量、第一距离及轮距获取立柱的静态挠度。通过上述方式,本申请通过质量等效总弯矩、立柱的中性面及载货台的几何位置及结构等参数的确定,再运用挠曲线方程对立柱的静态挠度进行结构参数化分析与计算,从而为立柱的静态挠度提供了快捷有效的计算方案,也节省了对立柱挠度测量的工作量。
