The four-axis numerical control posture adjusting mechanism can achieve movement in four directions, the movement is transmitted to the wall plate through the shape preserving frame and the shape preserving plate, and adjustment of the posture of the wall plate is achieved. The wing assembly fixture is a part of a wing assembly fixture, can realize quick and accurate attitude adjustment and positioning of wing wallboards, and improves the wing appearance assembly accuracy.

    本发明属于航空制造技术领域,具体涉及一种机翼壁板数控调姿定位装置及方法,定位装置由4轴数控调姿机构、保型板、转接架、吸盘组件四部分组成;机翼壁板在脱离壁板装配型架前,将保型板与机翼壁板连接,每块机翼壁板分别安装两个保型板;将装有保型板的壁板吊至机翼总装型架,通过保型板上的螺栓孔与转接架相连,并将吸盘与机翼壁板固定,使机翼壁板与保形架稳固连接,在移动过程中,不发生偏摆、窜动;所述转接架布置于4轴数控调姿机构上,通过4轴数控调姿机构调节转接架的空间位置进而实现机翼壁板位姿的调整。4轴数控调姿机构可实现4个方向的运动,通过保形架、保型板,将运动传递给壁板,实现壁板位姿的调整。本发明是机翼总装型架的一部分,可实现机翼壁板快速、准确调姿定位,提高机翼外形装配准确度。
