Driving features are extracted, the driving features are clustered by adopting SOM, and the SOM clustering method is optimized based on a Bayesian regularization method; and designing an improved driving style recognition rule and the like. According to the method, driver style clustering is carried out based on Bayesian regularization self-organizing mapping, the weight updating process is optimized through a Bayesian regularization mechanism, driving behavior features of the same kind are more closely gathered in a feature space, and the classification accuracy of aggressive driving styles, conservative driving styles and other driving styles on lane changing scene data is remarkably superior to that of a traditional SOM algorithm. The clustering condensation degree of the method is higher than that of a traditional SOM algorithm, and the recognition rate of neurons on samples of the same type is higher.
本发明属于车辆辅助驾驶控制领域,涉及一种基于换道驾驶数据的驾驶风格识别方法,步骤包括搭建驾驶数据采集平台,设计不同工况下的换道场景,采集不同工况下的换道数据,对数据进行处理,使用主成分分析法得到降维后的新主成分,提取驾驶特征,采用SOM对驾驶特征进行聚类,基于贝叶斯正则化方法对SOM聚类方法进行优化;设计改善后的驾驶风格识别规则等。本发明基于贝叶斯正则化自组织映射进行驾驶人风格聚类,通过贝叶斯正则化机制优化权值更新过程,使同类驾驶行为特征在特征空间中更紧密聚集,在换道场景数据上,激进型、保守型等驾驶风格的分类准确率显著优于传统SOM算法。本发明的聚类凝聚度要高于传统SOM算法,神经元对同类别的样本识别率更高。
