The invention discloses a road network traffic diversion method based on dynamic topology reconstruction. According to the method, the position of the abnormal event and the influenced node set are accurately positioned by identifying the abnormal event and determining the influence range. By dynamically updating node representation, event characteristics are propagated to nodes in an affected range, and dynamic attenuation is performed according to the distance between the nodes and a core node and the severity of the event. On the basis, the connection weight of the affected area is reduced, the connection weight of the bypassing path is enhanced, and the dynamic adjacent matrix is reconstructed. And finally, based on the reconstructed adjacent matrix, combining with a path planning algorithm, comprehensively evaluating the passing efficiency and congestion degree of the path, generating an optimal shunting path, and distributing the flow in proportion. According to the invention, through dynamic network reconstruction and intelligent path planning, traffic congestion caused by abnormal events is effectively relieved, and the emergency response capability and the overall traffic efficiency of the traffic network are improved.

    本发明公开一种基于动态拓扑重构的道路网络交通分流方法。该方法通过识别异常事件并确定影响范围,精准定位异常事件位置及受影响节点集合。通过动态更新节点表示,将事件特征传播至受影响范围内的节点,并根据节点与核心节点的距离及事件严重程度进行动态衰减。在此基础上,通过降低受影响区域的连接权重,增强绕行路径的连接权重,进行动态邻接矩阵的重构。最后,基于重构后的邻接矩阵,结合路径规划算法,综合评估路径的通行效率与拥塞程度,生成最优分流路径并按比例分配流量。本发明通过动态网络重构与智能路径规划,有效缓解了异常事件引发的交通拥堵,提升了交通网络的应急响应能力与整体通行效率。
