The invention provides a tunnel traffic risk prediction method and system, and relates to the technical field of data processing, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a multi-channel monitoring video for tunnel traffic; performing real-time fusion on the multi-channel monitoring videos, and constructing a tunnel digital twin model; the traffic condition in the tunnel is displayed in real time through the tunnel digital twinborn model; obtaining in-tunnel traffic data, environment monitoring data, accident historical data and weather cloud picture data in the tunnel digital twin model; splicing and fusing the traffic flow feature, the temperature feature, the humidity feature, the wind speed feature, the air pressure feature, the traffic accident rate feature and the texture feature vector to form a standardized feature vector; and according to the standardized feature vector, through an ensemble learning algorithm based on a gating loop unit, predicting the tunnel traffic risk. According to the invention, unstructured dynamic characteristics such as traffic flow change and meteorological change can be captured, and the real-time performance and accuracy of tunnel traffic risk early warning are improved.

    本发明提供一种隧道通行风险预测方法及系统,涉及数据处理技术领域,方法包括:获取针对隧道交通的多通道监控视频;对多通道监控视频进行实时融合,构建隧道数字孪生模型;通过隧道数字孪生模型实时显示隧道内交通情况;获取隧道数字孪生模型中的隧道内交通数据、环境监测数据、事故历史数据以及天气云图数据;将车流量特征、温度特征、湿度特征、风速特征、气压特征、交通事故发生率特征以及纹理特征向量进行拼接融合,形成标准化特征向量;根据标准化特征向量,通过基于门控循环单元的集成学习算法,对隧道通行风险进行预测。本发明可以捕获车流量变化、气象变化等非结构化的动态特征,提升隧道通行风险预警的实时性和准确性。
