The invention discloses an elevator shaft safety space data acquisition device and a three-dimensional reconstruction measurement method, an operator only needs to place the device in an elevator shaft, an elevator shaft three-dimensional data acquisition task can be automatically completed, the device can comprehensively cover each corner in the elevator shaft, the integrity and accuracy of data acquisition are ensured, and the safety space data acquisition efficiency is improved. High-quality original data is provided for spatial reconstruction and measurement; a data acquisition angle set by the method is based on an empirical value, and a foundation is laid for subsequent registration; according to the method, initial pose transformation and multi-view point cloud registration are combined, so that the stability of multi-view point cloud registration is ensured, and finally, redundancy of registered point cloud data is removed through combination of TSDF volume reconstruction. Operators do not need to enter and control in real time, three-dimensional data collection, reconstruction and measurement of the safe space of the elevator shaft are effectively achieved, operation is convenient, and efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种电梯井安全空间数据采集装置与三维重建测量方法,操作人员只需将装置放置于电梯井中,即可自动完成电梯井三维数据采集任务,装置可全面覆盖电梯井内各个角落,保证数据采集的完整性与精准度,为空间重建和测量提供高质量的原始数据;方法设定的数据采集角度基于经验值,为后续配准打下基础;通过结合初始位姿变换与多视图点云配准,确保了多视图点云配准的稳定性,最后通过TSDF体积重建的结合,去除了配准后点云数据的冗余。无需操作人员进入和实时操控,有效实现电梯井安全空间三维数据采集、重建与测量,操作方便,效率高。
