The invention belongs to the technical field of high-temperature-resistant aerogel, and particularly relates to a high-temperature-resistant aerogel material and a preparation method and application thereof.The aerogel material is prepared from a silicon source, aluminum salt and zircon salt according to the molar ratio of (1-2): (0.25-1): (0.1-1), and the preparation method of the aerogel material comprises the following steps that S1, the silicon source and absolute ethyl alcohol (EtOH) are evenly mixed, adding deionized water and hydrochloric acid for acid hydrolysis to obtain silicon dioxide sol; s2, dissolving an aluminum salt and a zirconium salt in an absolute ethyl alcohol solution to obtain an aluminum/zirconium mixed solution; s3, adding ammonia water into the silicon dioxide sol in the S1, and stirring to obtain alkaline silicon sol; adding alkaline silica sol into the aluminum/zirconium mixed solution in S2, uniformly stirring, and standing to obtain gel; s4, the wet gel in the S3 is aged and dried with supercritical ethyl alcohol, and the aerogel material is obtained.The high-temperature-resistant fireproof characteristic and the high-temperature hydrophobicity of the aerogel material can be improved, and finally the heat insulation performance of the ship in the high-humidity environment is improved.

    本发明属于耐高温气凝胶技术领域,具体涉及一种耐高温气凝胶材料及其制备方法和应用,气凝胶材料包括摩尔比为(1~2):(0.25~1):(0.1~1)的硅源、铝盐和锆盐,气凝胶材料制备方法包括以下步骤:S1:将硅源与无水乙醇(EtOH)混合均匀,再加入去离子水和盐酸进行酸水解获得二氧化硅溶胶;S2:将铝盐和锆盐溶于无水乙醇溶液,获得铝/锆混合溶液;S3:将氨水加入到S1的二氧化硅溶胶中搅拌,获得碱性硅溶胶;然后将碱性硅溶胶加入到S2的铝/锆混合溶液中搅拌均匀,静置凝胶;S4:将S3的湿凝胶进行老化、超临界乙醇干燥得到气凝胶材料,本发明能提高气凝胶材料的耐高温防火特性和高温疏水性,最终实现舰船高湿度环境下隔热性能的提高。
