The invention relates to the related technical field of lifting appliances, and discloses adjustable aluminum plate lifting equipment which comprises four groups of lifting pipes, a gravity center balance assembly and a lifting assembly, according to the aluminum plate corner clamping device, the relative distance between the multiple sets of lifting pipes is adjusted through the arrangement of the hydraulic telescopic rods, then the relative positions of the clamps are adjusted so as to adapt to clamping of aluminum plates of different specifications, then the corners of the aluminum plates are fastened and clamped through the multiple sets of clamps, and after clamping is completed, along with lifting of equipment, the corners of the aluminum plates can be tightly clamped. The aluminum plate is relatively tensioned and fixed under clamping traction of the clamp, so that bending deformation caused in the aluminum plate hoisting process is avoided, meanwhile, in the hoisting and adjusting process, the gravity center of the whole equipment is kept unchanged all the time through the arrangement of the gravity center balance assembly, and then the hoisting stability of the equipment is improved.

    本发明涉及吊具相关技术领域,公开了一种可调式铝板吊运设备,包括四组吊装管、重心平衡组件、吊装组件;本发明首先通过液压伸缩杆的设置对多组吊装管之间的相对距离进行调节,进而对夹具的相对位置进行调节,以适应不同规格的铝板的装夹,而后通过多组夹具对铝板的边角处进行紧固夹持,夹持完成后,随着设备的起吊,铝板在夹具的夹持牵引下相对张紧固定,从而避免铝板吊运过程中导致的弯曲变形,同时,本发明在吊运以及调节过程中,通过重心平衡组件的设置,使设备整体的重心始终保持不变,进而提升设备吊运的稳定性。
