The battery replacing station comprises a battery replacing bin, a charger, a first charging base, a second charging base, a third charging base, a plurality of standby battery boxes and a battery replacing robot. An inlet and outlet is formed in one vertical side face of the battery replacing bin, and an inner cavity of the battery replacing bin comprises a first containing layer on the lower layer and a second containing layer on the upper layer. The passageway is flush with the second containing layer in height. The charger is located on the first containing layer. And the first charging seat is positioned right above the charger in the second accommodating layer. The second charging base and the third charging base are located on the first containing layer, and the charger, the second charging base and the third charging base are sequentially arranged in the second horizontal direction. And the space right above the second charging seat and the access port are distributed along the first horizontal direction. The first horizontal direction is perpendicular to the second horizontal direction. Therefore, the problem that it is difficult to guarantee the battery replacement efficiency and safety at the same time when the space of the battery replacement station is small is solved.
