The invention belongs to the technical field of lithium ion battery automobiles, and relates to an online lithium battery automobile remaining mileage prediction method and system, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting vehicle data in a preset process, and selecting variables strongly related to the remaining mileage according to a spearman coefficient rho s among various items of the vehicle data; carrying out data cleaning on the vehicle data corresponding to the strongly correlated variables through a least square regression algorithm, and removing abnormal values; inputting the vehicle data subjected to data cleaning into a two-way stacking gating circulation network for selectively recording and forgetting the vehicle data in the vehicle driving process, and mining a time sequence dependency relationship on line; and inputting the vehicle data and the time sequence dependency relationship into a Kolmogorov-Arnold network to realize nonlinear mapping, extracting intermediate sequence features of the vehicle data, and outputting the remaining mileage of the vehicle. The method can accurately predict the remaining driving mileage, so that a driver can reasonably arrange the journey and plan the charging mode and time, the mileage anxiety is relieved, and the driving experience is improved.

    本发明属于锂离子电池汽车技术领域,涉及一种在线锂电池汽车剩余行驶里程预测方法和系统,包括以下步骤:采集预设过程中的车辆数据,根据车辆数据各项之间的spearman系数ρs,挑选出与剩余行驶里程强相关的变量;通过最小二乘回归算法,对强相关的变量对应的车辆数据进行数据清洗,去除异常值;将经过数据清洗的车辆数据输入双向堆叠门控循环网络,用于选择性的记录和遗忘车辆行驶过程中的车辆数据,在线挖掘时序依赖关系;将车辆数据和时序依赖关系输入Kolmogorov‑Arnold网络,以实现非线性映射,提取车辆数据的中间序列特征,输出车辆剩余行驶里程。其能准确预测剩余续驶里程,那么驾驶员就能合理安排行程,规划好充电方式和时间,缓解里程焦虑,提高驾驶体验。
