The invention relates to the technical field of automobile suspension air supply units, and discloses an automobile suspension air supply unit assembly structure which comprises a compressor and a distribution valve, the compressor is connected with the distribution valve through a high-pressure pipeline, and the compressor is further connected with an air inlet and outlet pipe to achieve air inlet and air outlet of the compressor; a compressor resonant cavity is arranged on the high-pressure pipeline between the compressor and the distribution valve; an air inlet and outlet resonant cavity is arranged on the air inlet and outlet pipe, and air inlets and air outlets of the compressor resonant cavity and the air inlet and outlet resonant cavity are connected with corresponding pipelines through pipeline connecting structures; on the basis of maintaining the original connecting points of the air supply unit structure, two groups of resonant cavities and braided tube structures are locally added, so that the noise reduction effect on the automobile air supply unit is obvious, the influence on the arrangement space of the original scheme is small, the structural design is simple, and the implementation is easy; the intake and exhaust resonant cavity and the braided tube are simultaneously arranged in the middle and at the tail end of the intake and exhaust tube, so that the level of noise generated by intake and exhaust can be reduced to a lower level.

    本发明涉及汽车悬架供气单元技术领域,公开了一种汽车悬架供气单元总成结构,包括压缩机和分配阀,所述压缩机通过高压管路连接分配阀,压缩机还与进排气管连接以实现压缩机的进气和排气;在压缩机与分配阀之间的高压管路上设有压缩机谐振腔;在进排气管上设有进排气谐振腔,所述压缩机谐振腔和进排气谐振腔的进气口和出气口位置均通过管路连接结构与对应的管路连接;在维持供气单元结构原连接点的基础上,局部增加两组谐振腔及编织管结构,不仅对汽车供气单元的降噪效果明显,而且对原方案布置空间影响小,结构设计简单、易实现;将进排气谐振腔和编织管和同时布置在进排气管的中间位置以及末端,可使进排气产生的噪音级别降低到更低的水平。
