The invention relates to an urban road congestion critical path identification method and device, and belongs to the technical field of road traffic management, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a target model and a graph neural network interpretation algorithm; the target model is an urban road congestion fitting model constructed based on a graph neural network; an urban road congestion instance map is obtained through prediction of the target model; performing important sub-graph recognition on the urban road congestion instance graph through a graph neural network interpretation algorithm to obtain a target sub-graph; the target sub-graph comprises nodes, connecting edges between the nodes and weights of the connecting edges; and determining a congestion critical path in the urban road congestion instance graph according to the weight of the connecting edge in the target sub-graph. According to the method, the key paths causing urban road congestion can be reasonably identified, and a basis is provided for prevention and alleviation of urban road congestion.

    本发明涉及一种城市道路拥堵关键路径识别方法和装置,属于道路交通管理技术领域,其中,该方法包括:获取目标模型和图神经网络解释算法;目标模型为基于图神经网络构建的城市道路拥堵拟合模型;通过目标模型预测得到城市道路拥堵实例图;通过图神经网络解释算法对城市道路拥堵实例图进行重要子图识别,得到目标子图;目标子图包括节点、节点之间的连接边,连接边的权重;根据目标子图中连接边的权重,确定城市道路拥堵实例图中拥堵关键路径。本发明可以合理识别导致城市道路拥堵产生的关键路径,为城市道路拥堵的预防和缓解提供依据。
