Comprising a liquid hydrogen storage tank, a branch of a liquid outlet of a liquid hydrogen booster pump is connected with a gas inlet of a vaporizer through a pipeline, a gas outlet of the vaporizer is connected with a high-pressure buffer tank, and the high-pressure buffer tank is connected with a hydrogen hydrogenation machine through a pipeline; the other branch at the bottom of the liquid hydrogen storage tank is connected with an inlet of the heat exchange and cold supply assembly through a pipeline, an outlet of the heat exchange and cold supply assembly is connected with a gas inlet of the hydrogen booster pump through a pipeline, the gas inlet of the hydrogen booster pump is connected with the top of the liquid hydrogen storage tank through a pipeline, and the buffer tank is connected with the hydrogen fuel cell through a pipeline. The hydrogen fuel cell is connected with the charging pile, and a heat source generated by the hydrogen fuel cell is connected with the heating assembly. Various functions of cooling, heating, charging, hydrogenation and the like are integrated, energy and space of the hydrogenation skid-mounted station are fully utilized, and hydrogen flash steam at the top of the liquid hydrogen storage tank is also fully utilized.

    本发明涉及液氢储氢技术领域,尤其涉及一种液氢储氢撬装站的供冷、供热、充电及加氢方法。包括液氢储罐,液氢增压泵的出液口一支路通过管路与汽化器的进气口相连接,汽化器的出气口与高压缓冲罐相连接,高压缓冲罐再通过管路连接氢气加氢机;液氢储罐的底部另一支路通过管路与换热供冷组件的进口相连接,换热供冷组件的出口通过管路与氢气增压泵的进气口相连接,氢气增压泵的进气口同时通过管路与液氢储罐的顶部相连接,缓冲罐再通过管路连接氢燃料电池,氢燃料电池连接充电桩,氢燃料电池产生的热源与供暖组件相连接。集成了供冷、供热、充电及加氢等多种功能,充分利用加氢撬装站的能源及空间,对液氢储罐顶部的氢气闪蒸气也进行了充分利用。
