The invention relates to the technical field of reduction furnaces, in particular to a furnace barrel turnover mechanism which comprises a rack and a cantilever arranged at the top of the rack. The turnover mechanism comprises a swing seat, and the swing seat is arranged on the cantilever and rotates with the horizontal direction as the rotating axis; and the swing mechanism is arranged on the swing seat and used for fixing the furnace barrel, and the swing mechanism turns over along with the swing seat and drives the furnace barrel to rotate. By arranging the rack, the turnover mechanism and the slewing mechanism, inclined pulling operation and potential safety hazards caused by inclined pulling operation when a crane is used for turnover are avoided, the slewing function of the furnace barrel is provided, the angle of the furnace barrel can be conveniently adjusted in the maintenance process, the maintenance efficiency is improved, a traditional crane turnover mode is replaced, dependence on manual operation is reduced, and the maintenance cost is reduced. And the automation degree and the safety of overturning are improved.

    本发明涉及还原炉技术领域,尤其涉及一种炉筒翻转机构,包括:机架及设置在机架顶部的悬臂;翻转机构,翻转机构包括摆动座,摆动座设置于悬臂上,且以水平方向为旋转轴心进行旋转;回转机构,回转机构设置于摆动座上,对炉筒进行固定,回转机构随摆动座进行翻转,且驱动炉筒进行回转。本发明中通过设置机架、翻转机构和回转机构,避免使用行车翻转时出现的斜拉作业和因此存在的安全隐患,提供炉筒的回转功能,便于维修过程中调整炉筒角度,提高维修效率,替代传统行车翻转方式,减少对人工操作的依赖,提高翻转的自动化程度和安全性。
