The invention discloses an intelligent automatic lifting control system of a building tower crane, comprising: a near field communication module for communicating with the tower crane; the obstacle detection module is used for determining whether obstacles exist above and below the tower crane cross arm; the path prediction module is used for predicting the driving path of the vehicle; the information acquisition module is used for generating control information corresponding to the tower crane according to the driving path and the tower crane cross arm information; and the tower crane control processing module is used for issuing a tower crane control message to the corresponding tower crane, and the tower crane control message is used for controlling the tower crane to perform hoisting operation. Compared with the prior art, the position between the cross arms of the adjacent tower cranes can be monitored at any time, mutual collision between the cross arms of the tower cranes is avoided, intelligent control over lifting of the tower cranes is achieved, and safety is high.

    本发明公开了一种建筑塔吊的智能自动升降控制系统,其包括:近距离通信模块,所述近距离通信模块用于对所述塔吊进行通信;障碍物检测模块,用于确定塔吊横臂上下是否存在障碍物;路径预测模块,所述路径预测模块用于预测车辆的行驶路径;信息获取模块,所述信息获取模块用于根据所述行驶路径和塔吊横臂信息生成对应塔吊的控制信息;塔吊控制处理模块,用于下发塔吊控制消息至对应塔吊,所述塔吊控制消息用于控制所述塔吊进行起吊作业。本发明相较于现有技术可以时刻监测相邻塔吊横臂之间的位置,避免塔吊横臂之间相互碰撞,实现了塔吊升降的智能控制,安全性高。
