A second sliding seat is arranged at the end, away from the first sliding seat, of the supporting part, an electromagnet capable of being attracted to the ship body is arranged on the second sliding seat, a supporting rod used for supporting the electromagnet is hinged to the second sliding seat, and the end, away from the second sliding seat, of the supporting rod is hinged to the electromagnet. The problem that a berthing device can only stretch out and draw back in the horizontal direction, and consequently a supporting rod of the berthing device is prone to damage is solved.
