The invention relates to the field of vehicles, in particular to a vehicle brake cooling device and method and a vehicle, the cooling device comprises a storage system, the storage system comprises a gas storage device and a water storage device, the gas storage device is connected with the water storage device through a pressure regulating valve, a water level detector is arranged in the water storage device, and the water level detector can detect the water level of the water storage device; the action system comprises water outlet pipelines and water injection nozzles, one end of each water outlet pipeline is provided with a plurality of water injection nozzles, the water injection nozzles are aligned with vehicle wheels, the other end of each water outlet pipeline is provided with an electromagnetic valve, and the two electromagnetic valves are connected with the water storage device through a three-way valve; the control system comprises a temperature sensor and a controller, the temperature sensor can detect temperature information of a wheel brake pad/brake wheel with the maximum brake heat fading performance in a non-contact mode, the controller can control opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve according to the temperature information, and the controller can control opening and closing of the pressure regulating valve according to the water level information. Therefore, automatic temperature monitoring and vehicle cooling starting can be realized.
