本发明公开了一种电动汽车直流充电桩模块化组装结构,包括带箱门的箱体,两侧设散热口,散热口外侧设有由横、竖连接杆构成的基础矩形连接框。基础框外侧可拆卸安装延伸矩形连接框,并设有环形安装框,安装框可选择直接套设在基础框外侧,或通过延伸框间接连接。安装框内分层设置可拆卸安装架,箱体内设多层横置连接架,两端分别连接左右安装架的对应层。安装架外侧装有两个以上风扇,其外侧分层设置带滤网的滤网框,最外层覆盖可拆卸防尘盖。本装置能够通过模块化的安装方式来快速更改充电桩的容纳体积,即能满足新充电模块合理的填充到旧充电桩中的需求,又能保证散热系统的正常工作,以降低旧直流充电桩升级改造的成本。
