The first conversion module is electrically connected with the lithium battery, the second conversion module is electrically connected with the lithium battery and the first conversion module, the control unit is electrically connected with the first conversion module and the second conversion module, a power optimization data table is arranged in the control unit, and the control unit can operate among different modes. The control unit controls the first conversion module to draw the electric power of the fuel cell at the first optimal power and controls the second conversion module to draw the electric power of the lithium battery at the second optimal power, and different modes can be executed according to different conditions, so that the electric power allocation is more flexible and efficient.
