The invention discloses a vehicle intelligent monitoring and control method and system. The method comprises the following steps: S1, setting an early warning deceleration area and a safety area around a target public area; s2, collecting driving posture data and vehicle uniqueness data of the related vehicle; s3, whether the vehicle belongs to a monitoring target vehicle or not is analyzed through artificial intelligence; and S4, the danger type of the monitored target vehicle is analyzed, and remote emergency braking measures are taken for the monitored target vehicle. According to the invention, not only can the vehicles running on the road be monitored and controlled through the local Internet of Vehicles, but also the related vehicles can be monitored and controlled through the Internet of Vehicles system in the public area, so that the risk between vehicles on the road can be reduced; the risk between the traffic tool and the public area is reduced; the vehicles around the target vehicle are notified through the vehicle networking system, and related measures are taken in advance, so that the probability of accidents is reduced to the greatest extent.

    本发明公开一种交通工具智能监察及控制方法及系统,方法步骤包括:S1,在目标公众区域周边设置预警减速区域和安全区域;S2,采集所述相关车辆的行车姿态数据和车辆唯一性数据;S3,通过人工智能分析其是否属于监控目标车辆;S4,分析该监控目标车辆的危险类型,对监控目标车辆采取远程紧急制动措施。本发明不仅能够通过局域车联网实现在公路上行驶中的车辆进行监测及控制,而且可以实现在公众区域通过车联网系统对相关的车辆进行的监测及控制,不但可以降低在公路上的交通工具之间风险,而且降低交通工具与公众区域之间的风险;对于目标车周围的车,通过车联网系统进行通知,提前做出相关措施,以最大能力减小事故发生的概率。
