The invention discloses a method for identifying vehicles detained on a highway in extreme weather. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring multi-source data including ETC system transaction data and weather data for fusion processing; matching all section sets in the management range of the expressway management unit with the geographical range information influenced by the extreme weather through a geographical information association algorithm, and identifying a weather-influenced road section set of the expressway; eTC door frame transaction data is extracted, grouping is carried out according to ETC passing unique identification, sorting is carried out according to passing time, and an in-transit vehicle passing track is generated; statistical analysis is carried out on the historical traffic condition of each section of the expressway, and the average traffic time of the sections according to vehicle types and time periods and the traffic probability matrix of the sections according to the time periods are obtained through calculation; and traversal of in-transit vehicle tracks is carried out and analysis is carried out in combination with the affected section list so as to obtain detained vehicle information. According to different vehicle types, weathers and historical traffic conditions, it is ensured that detained vehicles are accurately recognized in severe weather.

    本发明公开了一种极端天气下高速公路滞留车辆识别方法,包括:采集获取包括ETC系统交易数据和天气数据的多源数据进行融合处理;通过地理信息关联算法对高速公路管理单位管理范围内所有的区段集合与极端天气影响的地理范围信息进行匹配,识别高速公路受天气影响路段集合;提取ETC门架交易数据按照ETC的通行唯一标识分组并按照通行时间进行排序生成在途车辆通行轨迹;通过对高速公路每个区段的历史通行情况进行统计分析,计算得到分车型分时间段区段平均通行时间及区段的分时段通行概率矩阵;通过遍历在途车辆轨迹并结合受影响区段列表分析获取滞留车辆信息。本发明根据不同车型、天气及历史通行情况确保在恶劣天气下准确识别滞留车辆。
